Second. the process of the production line:
1. The base paper slitting machine is a machine that cuts large rolls of paper into strip-shaped discs. The slitting is completed in a single operation.
2. The spiral parallel tube winding machine is to load the cut disc paper into multiple layers on a paper rack, enter the spiral parallel tube winding machine through the gluing machine, and wind up to form. The rolled paper tube is automatically conveyed into the dryer. The machine, after two cycles of operation, automatically feeds into the double-shaft multi-knife fine-cutting machine. After the automatic cutting, the fine-cutting machine automatically sends the cut paper tube to the elbow, grinder, deep processing, and bent paper. The tube is sent to the automatic packing machine by the conveyor belt, and the finished paper tube is packed into bags, and the production is completed at one time.
3. This production line operates 4 employees, which can complete the production process and greatly reduce the labor intensity of employees.
4. The production volume of the production line is determined by the production speed of the spiral parallel pipe winding machine, with a winding speed of 15-18 meters per minute, and a production volume of about 18,000-20,000 pcs in 10 hours, which is determined according to the quality of raw materials and skilled operation. .
5. The production line occupies 150 square meters of workshop, the main power consumption is 26.6kw
6. The production line uses high-quality pneumatic components, Delta's electrical programming, Omron signal components, and human-machine interface operation.
